Engagements are undertaken under a written engagement letter recording the scope of work and the basis on which fees are computed. Each client is assigned a named point of contact. For recurring compliance work the firm maintains a due-date calendar and informs clients of forthcoming filings in advance.

CA Shivang Krishan Asati is a partner of the firm and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. His work covers income tax assessment, appellate and litigation matters, GST compliance and litigation, project reports and CMA data for bank finance, TDS compliance, and internal audit of co-operative banks. He appears as authorised representative before the income tax and GST authorities and before the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal.
